Reflective Construction Signs
Reflective road construction signs are products that “work” based on the mirror image method. When a light ray enters the surface of a sign, for example, emanating from a car headlight, the sign begins to reflect light, as a result of which it shines, and the person who is on the side of the light supply can clearly see what is shown on the sign. The bases of such signs are made of plastic or metal, film or cardboard. How is a light-reflecting image applied? It could be done accordingly:
- With the use of a transparent film, which is then transferred to a reflective base, this manufacturing option is used with a small number of ordered signs.
- The image is immediately printed on a reflective base, UV ink is used for this – the method used with a large number of ordered characters.
- The image is made of multi-colored films with the effect of light reflection; this is a very expensive method.
Photoluminescent Construction Signs
One of the expensive options for safety construction signs is photoluminescent products. As a rule, they are ordered in most emergency situations. These signs accumulate light, and then glow in the dark, using the accumulated light. They are made from a special photoluminescent film. But they can be made of a self-adhesive film, on which images are applied with special paints. Such signs are cheaper than products made of photoluminescent film because their luminescence period is shorter.

Q: How long does it take to manufacture products?
Answer: Most orders are completed by us within 1-3 days. Large orders may take a little longer. We always negotiate the production time with the customer and never violate it.
Question: If I order products from you, how can I install them at my facility?
Answer: We produce various construction signs. These products are often suspended or set directly into the ground. Those items that you want to hang, for example, on the fence of a building site, will have holes for hanging. If the sign is to be installed in the ground, then you will order our products with stakes.
Question: What size products do you make?
Answer: We make signs of different sizes and shapes. The most common shape is rectangular or diamond-shaped. The most common size is 36 inches or less. But if you wish, we are ready to make products of other shapes and sizes. We negotiate the details of the order with each customer individually.
Question: I need a sign that is installed on the fence of the construction area. What information should it contain?
Answer: The sign should contain information about what kind of object is being built: residential, commercial, etc. It is necessary to indicate the contacts of the owner, as well as the general contractor. Care should also be taken to include contact information when necessary to report unsafe conditions.
