Because custom signage cannot be resold, we follow strict payment policies to protect our business from fraud and payment reversals.

These policies allow us to keep our prices significantly lower than most sign companies in Metro Vancouver.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Interac e-Transfer (preferred)
• Debit or Credit Card
• Cash
• Business Cheque (for established clients)

For new customers, e-Transfer is the fastest and most secure payment method.

Deposit & Production Policy

Because most of our products are custom printed or manufactured:

Orders under $300
Full payment is required before production begins.

Orders over $300
A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or installation.

Production starts only after payment or deposit is received.

Credit Card Chargeback Policy

Credit card payments may be subject to verification.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be formally disputed using:

• signed invoices
• written client approvals of design proofs
• production records
• photographs of finished products
• pickup or installation confirmation

Submitting a false chargeback after receiving goods may be considered payment fraud.

In such cases we reserve the right to pursue recovery through:

• payment processors
• collections agencies
• small claims court
• law enforcement if applicable

PayPal & Reversible Payments

Due to a high number of fraudulent payment reversals in the custom printing industry, PayPal and similar reversible payment platforms may be restricted or unavailable for certain orders or new customers.

For fastest order processing we recommend Interac e-Transfer.

Design Work

Design work begins only after a deposit is received.

All design proofs must be reviewed and approved by the client before production begins.

Refund Policy

Because our products are custom manufactured, orders are non-refundable once production has started.

If a project is cancelled before production begins, deposits may be partially refundable depending on design time already spent.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud we may request:

• confirmation of business information
• identity verification for large orders
• payment from the same name as the order

Orders suspected of fraud may be declined.
