Whether you already have a finished design, plan to create one using AI tools, or want to hire a freelance designer, the guidelines below will help ensure your artwork is ready for production and your sign prints correctly.
Large format printing has specific technical requirements. Low-resolution images, incorrect file formats, or missing design margins can lead to blurry prints, color issues, or important elements being cut off during trimming. Following our artwork guidelines helps avoid these problems and allows us to move your order into production faster.

If you provide artwork:

- Low-quality files will be rejected
DO NOT send files from smartphones
Compression makes them unusable for print
If we create the design:
- Send everything in ONE email:

No scattered messages. No missing info.
🔹 Minimum Order & Small Job Policy
To maintain fast turnaround times and consistent quality, all orders are subject to a minimum charge of $100.
Smaller jobs are still welcome, but may include a small job handling fee due to setup time, material preparation, and machine calibration.
We recommend combining multiple items into one order to get the best value.
🔹 Design Policy
Free design service is available for orders over $200.
For smaller projects, design work is billed separately.
🔹 Production Priority
Smaller orders are typically scheduled within standard production timelines (2–4 business days).
