1. Screen vs. Print Disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges that colors displayed on digital screens (RGB) will differ from printed output (CMYK). Variations in color, brightness, contrast, and saturation are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.
2. Professional Equipment
All printing is performed using professional equipment, including the HP Latex 700W, ensuring industry-standard quality and consistency. However, no printing technology can guarantee an exact match to colors viewed on digital screens.
3. Mandatory Physical Proof Approval for Color Guarantee
If the Customer requires color accuracy, the following conditions apply:
- A physical printed color proof must be ordered at the Customer’s expense
- The proof must be reviewed in person
- The proof must be physically signed and approved by the Customer
Important:
- Approval via email, message, photo, or any digital format is not considered valid color approval
- Only a physically signed printed proof is accepted as final color confirmation
- Production will proceed strictly based on the signed physical proof.
4. No Color Claims Without Signed Proof
- If the Customer chooses to proceed without ordering and signing a physical color proof, the Customer:
- Accepts all risks related to color differences
- Waives any right to claims, reprints, refunds, or disputes related to color variation
Under no circumstances will color differences be considered a valid reason for:
- Refunds
- Reprints
- Payment withholding
5. Sensitive Colors Disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges that certain colors are particularly prone to visible variation, including but not limited to:
- Light blue / cyan tones
- Turquoise and teal shades
- Bright greens
- Dark or highly saturated colors
Additionally, lamination may alter the final appearance (including contrast, depth, and perceived brightness).
6. Payment, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
- By placing an order, the Customer agrees that:
- Printed products are custom-made goods and are non-refundable once production has started
- Attempting to withhold payment or initiate a chargeback due to color differences is considered invalid and abusive use of payment protection systems
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to:
- Provide documented evidence, including:
- Approved artwork files
- Production records
- Photos of completed products
- Copies of signed proofs (if applicable)
- This policy acknowledgment
- Formally dispute the chargeback with the payment provider
- Pursue recovery of funds through:
- Collection agencies
- Legal action where applicable
- The Customer agrees that subjective dissatisfaction with color, without a signed physical proof, does not constitute grounds for reversing a transaction.
7. Final Agreement
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
Failure to request and physically approve a color proof constitutes full acceptance of the final printed result as delivered, including any color variation.
