This policy outlines installation conditions, material performance expectations, and warranty limitations for products supplied or installed by Quarter Cheaper Signs.

1. Installation Conditions

Professional installation quality depends heavily on site conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• safe and unobstructed access to installation areas
• clean and structurally sound surfaces
• electrical readiness (for illuminated signage)
• necessary permissions or landlord approvals

Additional labor charges may apply if installation conditions differ from originally described.

2. Weather Conditions (Outdoor Installation)

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent.

Installation may be postponed due to:

• rain or snow
• excessive wind
• freezing temperatures
• unsafe working conditions

This ensures proper adhesion and long-term material performance.

Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify as project delay or cancellation.

3. Surface Responsibility

Quarter Cheaper Signs cannot guarantee adhesion or durability when graphics are applied to:

• damaged paint
• oxidized or peeling surfaces
• untreated wood
• textured or porous materials
• previously painted or repaired areas
• contaminated surfaces (dust, grease, silicone, wax)

Failure caused by unsuitable surfaces is not covered under warranty.

4. Vehicle Graphics Disclaimer

Vehicle wraps and decals depend on vehicle condition.

We are not responsible for:

• paint lifting during removal
• failure caused by repainted panels
• rusted or damaged surfaces
• aging clear coat deterioration

Removal of vinyl may expose pre-existing paint defects.

5. Expected Material Lifespan

Estimated outdoor lifespan under typical Metro Vancouver climate conditions:

The lifespan of aluminum composite signs with laminated vinyl graphics depends on sun exposure, installation orientation, environmental conditions, and maintenance. Structural panels typically last significantly longer than printed graphics, which may require replacement over time due to normal UV aging.

Printed graphics are considered consumable visual components and may require replacement during the lifespan of the sign structure.

6. Color Fading & Environmental Exposure

Outdoor graphics naturally degrade over time due to:

• UV exposure
• weather conditions
• pollution
• cleaning chemicals

Gradual fading or normal wear is not considered a defect.

7. Print & Material Warranty

Quarter Cheaper Signs warrants that materials are free from manufacturing defects at the time of installation or pickup.

Warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage
• vandalism
• improper installation by third parties
• pressure washing or harsh cleaning
• environmental damage
• normal aging

Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of installation or pickup.

8. Customer-Supplied Installation

If graphics are installed by others:

Quarter Cheaper Signs assumes no responsibility for installation quality, adhesion performance, or material failure.

9. Removal of Graphics

Graphic removal services are not guaranteed to leave surfaces in original condition.

Adhesive residue or paint damage may occur depending on surface age and condition.

10. Limited Liability

Quarter Cheaper Signs’ liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective printed materials.

We are not liable for:

• business interruption
• lost revenue
• installation scheduling conflicts
• indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original order value.

11. Acceptance of Policy

Placement of an order, payment submission, or installation approval confirms acceptance of this Installation, Warranty & Material Policy.
