By placing an order with us, you agree to the following production terms and service conditions.
1. Order Confirmation
Production begins only after:
- Deposit payment is received, and
- Artwork is approved or confirmed as print-ready.
Quotes provided by Quarter Cheaper Signs are valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated.
2. Production Timeline
Standard Production Time
Typical production time is 1–2 business days after deposit payment and final artwork approval.
Production time may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Material availability
- Design revisions
- Current production workload
Providing complete information and approving proofs promptly helps reduce turnaround time.
Small Orders
Orders with a total value below $50 are scheduled between larger production jobs.
Estimated production time:
3–4 business days
3. Rush Orders
Same-day or next-day production may be available upon request.
Rush orders require production schedule adjustments and may include additional charges ranging from:

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.
4. Courtesy Expedited Production
Quarter Cheaper Signs may occasionally accelerate production timelines without additional fees as a customer courtesy.
If expedited service is provided without a rush surcharge, production timelines remain approximate and subject to workflow conditions.
Frequent status inquiries do not accelerate production and may interrupt workflow efficiency.
5. Definition of “Ready Today”
When an order is confirmed for completion “today”, production may continue until approximately 11:00 PM depending on workshop workload.
Completion time may occur anytime within the production day.
6. Artwork & File Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and information.
Quarter Cheaper Signs is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs, including:
- spelling mistakes
- phone numbers
- addresses
- layout approval errors
- low-resolution artwork supplied by client
Approved artwork is considered final authorization for production.
7. Color Variation Disclaimer
Due to differences between monitors, printers, lighting conditions, and materials:
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed
- Minor color variations are considered normal industry tolerance
Printed output may differ slightly from on-screen previews.
8. Installation Conditions
Installation timelines depend on:
- weather conditions
- surface readiness
- access availability
- site safety
Outdoor installations may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions.
Additional costs may apply if installation conditions differ from originally described.
9. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposit is required before production
- Remaining balance is due upon completion or pickup
Orders may be withheld until payment obligations are fulfilled.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production has started:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Design changes may incur additional charges
- Printed materials are non-refundable
Custom printed products are manufactured specifically for each client.
11. Pickup & Storage
Customers are encouraged to pick up completed orders promptly.
Quarter Cheaper Signs reserves the right to dispose of uncollected orders after 30 days, unless prior arrangements are made.
12. Liability Limitation
Quarter Cheaper Signs shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- business losses caused by delayed installation or delivery
- incorrect information supplied by the client
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the original order.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving artwork, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms of Service and Production Policy.
