HOW OUR SIGN ORDER PROCESS WORKS
1. Request & Information
To get started, please send us:
- Size (or approximate size)
- Installation location (indoor / outdoor / window)
- Type of sign (banner, aluminum panel, vinyl, LED, etc.)
- Do you have a design file?
- Do you need installation?
- Your preferred timeline
If you’re unsure — just send a photo of the location.
2. Quick Price Estimate
We will provide a fast price range based on your request.
- Pricing is usually calculated per square foot
- Installation is quoted separately
- Typical production time: 1–3 business days after approval
3. Deposit Required
To start any work:
- Orders under $200 → 100% upfront
- Orders over $200 → minimum 50% deposit
No deposit = no design or production started
4. Design / Artwork
- Simple designs are free for orders over $200
- Design time: 1–2 business days
- Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments
For complex designs, we may recommend using your own designer or AI tools.
5. Final Approval (Important)
Before printing, you must approve the design.
Please carefully check:
- Spelling
- Phone numbers
- Colors
- Layout
Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the design
6. Production
After approval and deposit:
- Standard production time: 1–2 business days
- Small orders (under $50): 3–4 business days
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
7. Payment Before Pickup
For orders with a 50% deposit:
- We send photos of the finished product
- Remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery
8. Pickup / Delivery / Installation
Options available:

Installation depends on:
- Weather conditions
- Site access
- Equipment requirements
9. Aftercare (Quick Tips)
- Do not store prints wrapped in plastic outdoors
- Laminated prints last longer and resist damage
- Handle unlaminated prints with care

• Deposit required before work begins

🔹 Minimum Order & Small Job Policy
To maintain fast turnaround times and consistent quality, all orders are subject to a minimum charge of $100.
Smaller jobs are still welcome, but may include a small job handling fee due to setup time, material preparation, and machine calibration.
We recommend combining multiple items into one order to get the best value.

Free design service is available for orders over $200.
For smaller projects, design work is billed separately.
🔹 Production Priority
Smaller orders are typically scheduled within standard production timelines (2–4 business days).
