To ensure installations can be completed efficiently and safely, the installation site must be properly prepared and accessible at the scheduled time.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • Clear access to the installation area is available
  • Vehicles, obstacles, or equipment are removed from the work zone
  • Any required permissions or property approvals are obtained in advance
  • The site is safe for ladder or bucket truck operation

For installations involving bucket trucks, sufficient space must be available for:

  • vehicle positioning
  • stabilizer/outrigger deployment
  • safe lifting and working area

If the installation cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or site not being ready, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

In such cases, an additional service call or return visit fee may apply.

We always do our best to communicate requirements in advance so the installation can be completed smoothly and without delays.
