In most cases, we can provide a preliminary quote without visiting the site.
Simply send us:
- Photos of the storefront, wall, window, vehicle, or existing sign
- Approximate measurements
- Project address
- A brief description of the sign you need
Based on this information, we can usually provide a preliminary estimate at no charge.
Professional Site Survey — Starting at $100 + GST
If accurate on-site measurements or an installation assessment are required before you are ready to place an order, we offer a professional Site Survey service.
A typical Site Survey may include:
- Accurate measurements of the sign area
- Photos and documentation
- Assessment of the wall or mounting surface
- Review of existing signs and mounting conditions
- Installation height and accessibility
- Ladder, lift, or bucket-truck access requirements
- Electrical location and conditions, where applicable
- Identification of possible installation obstacles
- Recommendations for sign size, construction, and installation method
Site Survey fees start at $100 + GST.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area, complex sites, high-access locations, or projects requiring specialized equipment.
Your Site Survey Becomes Free When You Order
If you proceed with a signage order of $500 or more after the Site Survey, the amount you paid for the Site Survey will be deducted from your final invoice.
For example:
- Site Survey: $100
- Signage Order: $1,500
- Site Survey Credit: -$100
You pay the Site Survey fee when the survey is performed, but once you proceed with a qualifying signage order, the same amount is credited back to you by reducing your final balance.
In other words, the Site Survey becomes FREE when you place a signage order of $500 or more.
The signage order must be approved within 30 days of the Site Survey to qualify for the credit.
Final Measurements for Confirmed Orders
Once a project has been approved and the required deposit has been paid, any necessary final measurements and installation verification are normally included as part of the confirmed signage project.
If we need to return to the location to verify dimensions, mounting conditions, access, or other installation details before production, there is normally no additional measurement fee.
Additional charges may apply only when unusual access, specialized equipment, additional site visits caused by changes to the project, or other work outside the original scope is required.
