Outdoor Installation & Bucket Truck Work

Installation work performed outdoors or using bucket truck equipment is significantly more unpredictable than work completed inside the shop.

While we always make every effort to complete installation projects on time or earlier, some factors are beyond our control.

Installation schedules may need to be adjusted due to:

  • Weather conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, unsafe working conditions)
  • Equipment issues (including bucket truck maintenance or unexpected mechanical problems)
  • Crew availability, as some larger installations require assembling a team of multiple installers

For safety reasons, installation work at height or using a bucket truck cannot be performed during unsafe weather conditions.

Because of this, installation dates should be considered estimated rather than guaranteed, especially for projects involving:

  • bucket truck access
  • work at height
  • large or complex signage
  • multi-person installation crews

We always communicate any scheduling adjustments as early as possible and will complete the installation at the earliest safe opportunity.

Please note that delays caused by weather, equipment issues, or crew availability do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or penalties, as these factors are outside of our control.

Bucket Truck (Lift)

  • Minimum booking: 3 hours
  • Rate: $150/hour
  • No exceptions

We also require a refundable $200 deposit. We apologize, but customers often return our bucket trucks with empty tanks.

The minimum rental period is 2 days.

We will need a scan of your driver’s license.

You can pick up the bucket truck at 859 Huber Dr. at any time and return it to the same location.
